Technology Marketing Description |
As the Partnership Intermediary with the Air Force Research Laboratory Directorates at Wright-Patterson Air Force base, WTN has the privilege of reviewing and evaluating cutting edge technologies being developed by these world-class research organizations. At the request of these organizations, WTN has conducted structured evaluations for many of their technologies and this web site provides a brief description of those technologies that have passed through this strict screening process. The reader is encouraged to visit this site often as these technology evaluations are conducted frequently and new technologies will appear regularly. To view these technologies, click on the links at the top of the page. |

Commercially Ready TechnologiesTechnologies that are ready for commercialization have been evaluated by WTN for maturity (i.e., readiness for commercialization) and market potential (i.e., breadth of market) and these evaluations are shown along with the evaluator's comments. In a few cases, the technology described has already been licensed to a vendor and these are shown to provide potential customers with a source for a high tech product or process developed by the Air Force. These technologies can be reviewed by clicking on the "Commercially Ready Technologies" title above. |
|
Emerging TechnologiesAs a result of our strict screening process many technologies are not ready for commercialization due to a need for further development or a limited market. These are cataloged as "Emerging Technologies" and can be reviewed by clicking on the "Emerging Technologies" title above. WTN technology specialists track these technologies and some may be moved to the commercially ready marketing section when they reach their full commercialization potential. |
