A successful entrepreneur and experienced technology and intellectual property asset manager, Dr. Taylor is the Chief Technical Officer of Faraday Technology, Inc. and Member of Faraday Technology Marketing Group LLC.
In addition to earning technical and business degrees and an expansive career in technology management prior to founding Faraday, Dr. Taylor is an invited keynote speaker by the National Science Foundation, where he serves on a 12 member advisory board. Dr. Taylor has lectured nationally on the subject of “Strategic Technology Alliances based on Field of Use Licenses”. Dr. Taylor has published more than 100 technical papers and holds 18 patents.

An experienced executive leader of large, technically complex organizations, Mr. Milam joined WTN in 1994 after retiring from the Air Force as a Colonel with more than 30 years of experience. He administered the Air Force Aeronautical Systems Center. Under Mr. Milam’s leadership, WTN has signed a Partnership Intermediary Agreement with the Air Force Research Labs, has become a major partner with both WPAFB Education Outreach and the Air Force’s High Performance Computer Modernization Project, and has been successfully involved in NASA’s Garrett-Morgan Initiative, along with a number of other projects and initiatives. |

Former Deputy Director of the Aero-Propulsion Laboratory at WPAFB, experienced leader with outstanding skills in the areas of management and strategic planning, Mr. Mitchell is solely responsible for authoring WTN proposals for both industry and government.

Extensive global experience in U.S. Air Force, Joint Service, and Intelligence Community; retired Air Force Colonel with 30 years in plans, operations, logistics, R&D, international programs, and contracts with more than 90 companies; selected for a number of key Air Force leadership positions with responsibility for programs valued up to $2 billion. Joined WTN in 1995 and is responsible for WTN business and partnership development. |

Extensive experience in planning, directing and performing projects involving development, testing and/or evaluation of technology for characterizing, handling and detoxifying hazardous chemicals. Taught graduate level and undergraduate level courses in medical school and Biomedical Sciences Ph.D. program.

Extensive research experience combined with entrepreneurship and management. Former owner of Ashton Industries, and Thermacon. Dr. Monter earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. Actively involved with Marietta College by sitting on their Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association, and participating with the Science Advisory Board. Holds several patents and has numerous publications. |

Over 23 years experience in Research and Development and Acquisition Management with the US Air Force. Bill earned his PhD in aeronautical engineering form the Air Force Institute of Technology. Laid groundwork for the Wright Laboratory’s commercialization initiative. Has been involved in technology transfer for the past seven years.

Former R&D Technology Manager for Union Carbide’s Chemicals and Plastics Division; VP/GM of regionally recognized B2B marketing firm. Dr. Kearns joined WTN in 2002 in support of technology transfer activities with the AFRL Propulsion and Materials and Manufacturing Directorates.

Experienced engineer with a Masters of Business Administration from University of Dayton. Mr. Vu is skilled at coaching small business in their efforts to improve Marketing and Operational Effectiveness. Mr. Vu works in support of technology transfer activities at the Human Effectiveness directorate of the WPAFB Air Force Research Laboratories.
